- Create a ‘blank canvas’ by removing every item from the focus area and categorize contents.
- Declutter your space quickly and painlessly and without judgment
- Guide you through the journey, providing the right prompts and asking the right questions to get your space refreshed, getting rid of stagnant energy and baggage that you might be holding on to.
- Review every item from the area of focus and categorize the contents. A blank canvas is the best way to ensure the systems we create are based on function, not on how you set up your space before.
- Separate what you plan to keep from your donation and your resell items, and any trash we come across during this process.
- Organize and put away your belongings neatly, so you can enjoy your newly refreshed space and can find everything.
- Drop off any donations you have at the nearest donation center for you so you don't have to.

We can transform any area, including but not limited to: your closet, pantry, kitchen, garage, playroom, bedroom, storage units, offices, basements, etc.
- Full Service Organization includes all of the ‘Swoon Edit’ benefits, plus we will;
- Apply our expertise and research with the end goal of providing you with a custom Wishlist of organizing products that fit your space perfectly. (Prior to the project day, if possible.)
- Strategize and design your space by taking into consideration your lifestyle, inventory, unique space, and goals.
- Place product orders, track delivery and manage returns on your behalf.
For non-local clients, we come to you or you can book a virtual organization session with us.
Move Management
The best part about our Move Management service is that our team can jump in at any point throughout your moving project to relieve you of the stresses that come with moving!
The most impactful part of any moving project is to get you settled in and organized in your new home from day one. We can handle every step of the way for you so you don’t have to lift a finger. Just let us know how much (or how little) you want to handle yourself and we will do the rest.

Our Relocation Service can include elements of our other offerings; plus we will:
- Research and compare local moving companies to choose the best fit for you and your budget.
- Coordinate timing and all the details with your moving company and all other vendors required to move you out of your current home and into your new home, from start to finish.
- Coordinate pick-ups and drop offs at your storage unit (if applicable)
- Help you edit through your entire home before packing up. (The excess you have, could cost you hundreds to move to your new place!)
- Pack up your belongings in a strategic and organized way to efficiently move and unpack quickly in your new home.
Once the move is over, is when the fun begins! We will:
- Organize your home (with or without organizing products) to maximize space and instill functional systems from day one!
- Set up your furniture with the best layout, install your art, mount your TV, and more to make sure it all gets done in the least amount of time.

Our Nursery preparation sessions can include;
- Research and sourcing of organizing solutions that fit your aesthetic and your specific spaces.
- Full organization and preparation of systems for a growing infant, with drawers and bins labeled by age (in months), by type, and we will build out 'zones' that will keep what you need where you need it in times of peak chaos.
- We will create systems for you, your partner, your family/ nanny, that are easy to maintain for month and years to come, as your baby grows.
- We can also reorganize mom's closet spaces during pregnanzy and post-partum, as her body changes and shifts, so that the daily task of getting dressed can be simple and streamlined, whatever shape or size you are in the moment.

Our Swoon (Worthy) Process
Edit + Categorize
We swiftly guide you through the editing process, to get to know you and your inventory (AKA your stuff).
In order to truly transform your space, we must do a thorough edit through each and every item you own in this space. During this process, we pinpoint what you love, what you need and what can be discarded (either by donation or trash). We multitask so this process, while messy, can happen very quickly! In the process, we learn everything we need to know about you, your space, and how you want to use your space to prepare us for the next step!
DONATE, DISCARD OR RESELL
Once we understand what you plan to keep, we make a plan for the rest! (And will take care of it for you.)
Once we understand what you plan to keep, we make it easier to decide what happens to the rest. We drop off donations to the nearest donation center for you. Donations are any items that you no longer need or want, but can still be enjoyed by someone else. Anything that is of value or in great condition can be resold, and we discard anything that is of no value or is expired.

Based on: what you decide to keep, your lifestyle, your unique space setup, and your goals, we strategically design our systems to make the most sense for your needs.
After we’ve discovered what categories you have (unique to you) and we’ve worked with you in your space, we have the tools to design a layout that is perfect for you in your space.

Our expertise allows us to know what products will work best in your space to maximize it and beautify it! We happily source and implement them for you.
Your distinct categories, unique space (measurements) and our space strategy can make the product research process brutal for anyone. Have you ever been in the Container Store? It can be so overwhelming. This is where our service shines! We will research, source and implement the perfect organizing products (containers, bins, hangers, etc) for your space, with no effort needed on your part.
